2D1N Getaway | Port Dickson

To those of you who are following me on Instagram, you prolly will know that I went for a short getaway to Port Dickson few days back. I'd say it was quite a spontaneous plan, and we love being spontaneous, that's how we define our gang. Haha. 

The pic above wasn't taken from our resort, didn't really have time to go to seaside though. We booked a deluxe suite that's exactly can fit the 8 of us with 2 king size beds in Grand Lexis Port Dickson. It's a garden living suite and I really like the design! Feel so comfortable with the open concept design and the accompany of warm yellow lights. What's make it more cool is that we even have a private pool in it!

The mirror above the basin is also a window where you can see the pool.

 We spent most of our time over here, the first night and the following day. Chit-chatting, playing game, bathing in the pool with liquor in our hands and munching snack all night long. It was a really great and fun night!

There are a lot of pics we took that night but you know, all the crazy pics. Haha. I already tried hard to post as much as I can. Lol. I've been busy recently going up and down within Malaysia, if you get what I mean. Came back to Penang this morning by bus, it was a tiring journey indeed. Taxi > LRT > Bus. Went out at 9am and reached at around 4pm. Going back to KL again after few days, really need these few days off to stay in my home town, my familiar room to relax before facing my exam few weeks later. It's really great I can have some me-time to stay in my room and blog. I'll talk to you guys soon. Xoxo.

Life In KL

I have moved to KL since May and I can say it's so far so good. Everything seems fine. I'm getting used to the lifestyle over here though I lost my appetite in the first month. However, I have had too much good food recently and gain quite a few pounds. Gahh. I promised myself I must work it out to get back my not-so-fat-nor-not-so-fit body back!! 

Wanted to do a post to update of my life in KL about random facts long ago and here is it!

#1. I need a new bag

The bag you see in the pic below was already in the garbage long time ago. Never thought that my sis didn't like it until the day before I threw it! I wasn't throwing it because of my sis's opinion. Okay maybe she influenced me a little. But anyway it's already worn out so I'm eyeing a new bag now. 

 

#2. Snapback & VSCO obsession 

You can see my recent pics are well-edited, credited to VSCO app. I've downloaded this app long time ago but I thought it was too complicated and I deleted it. But then when I see those effect from the pics that were edited by VSCO on Instagram, I told myself why not give it a try again? And so I download it again and now I'm falling in love with it! Use it almost on all my editing for Instagram posting. Haha. 

Oh yea, and I have a new obsession now which is snapback. It's a great way to cover up my pudding hair or when I'm having a bad hair day. :DD

#3. Antioxidant Hot Bed Therapy 
Went to antioxidant hot bed therapy for 3 sessions at Ecoparadise which is located The Gardens Mall. It's a 40 mins therapy each session. One of my friend is the member and so I tagged along and thought maybe I could give it a try. Good experience anyway.

#3. Home workout
I'm a Libra. According to the laziness ranking, Libra always get the first. Haha. I admit that I'm quite a lazy person which you can see I go out with bare face almost every single day. Sometimes I'd rather just do some home workout even we have a gym in the condo. Of course I only do home workout when I'm alone in the hostel. Haha.

#4. Meet up with my old buddies 
If you'd been reading my blog for months, you probably would know whom I hang out with the most when I was still in Penang. Although we are taking different course now in KL, still the same uni of course, we still meet up with each other for lunch like once a week.

#5. Dark to fair

Don't be freak out when you see the pics below. I know we've changed a lot but we definitely did not go for surgery. LOL. My eldest sis, Grace got questioned sometimes that she went through surgery on her nose. Lmao!

#6. Bright lips obsession
Another new obsession recently, bright lips. As you can see on my Instagram posts (feel free to follow me @jolynnchoong if you want! :D), I love pink lips especially the one from 3CE. Thanks to my sis kind enough to let me use it. Haha. The pink lips is not shown in the pic below btw.

#7. Love life

Never thought that my single life ended that fast, though my last relationship was like 2 years ago?? What I meant was I thought I'll still be single for a long time as I wasn't really seeking for a relationship. However when the moment cupid is doing his magic you can't do much either. Lol. Love strikes on me suddenly and I'm happy to let it be a part of my life. No idea whether you are the right guy or not but still I hope we can make it a sweet one. Thanks baby, love you.

Hi guys! Finally I'm back to blogging again. Have been so busy to get used to KL life. Thanks to my sis haha. Today I'm here to share with you guys a warm and lovely French-style bakery and café located at the heart of KL. Most of you might heard of it before since it's quite famous. 

Do you actually know that I'm a die-hard fan of bakery & pastry?? I think that's also one of the reason why I always have a hard time to slim down. Hahaha. I was slimmer when I first moved to KL because I was not used to the environment and also living in hostel. I lost my appetite then that I can't finish everything in my plate of every meal. Lol. But now my usual tam chiak characteristic came back again. That's totally a curse. Gosh.

Ahhh!! I want to eat them all!

This is shoo cute. Hehehe.

Sometimes even though I don't feel like eating breads, I'd still go into the bakery just to tale a look. LOL

That churros is hard like rock. Disappointed.
