The Ugly Truth About Me

Today I'll be doing a different post from what I've usually shared. I never thought that I'll be sharing about this but now I'm going to reveal one of the ugly truth about me! 

I'm a HAIRY person. You'd definitely know it if you are my friend. I'm even hairier than some of the guys like wtf? Eventually I couldn't stand the hair on myself anymore especially those on my legs. So I decided to wax it off!!

I only do the waxing on my calf because the hairs make it looks like a guy's leg. Fml. If I do all part of my body I'd need to keep waxing it whenever it grows so I just do the part which I think it makes me looks guy-ish. 

 Wahahaha. This is just one tiny area. :O

It takes approximately 20 mins to finish the process for both legs. And when I touch my legs I feel so smooth!! Never feel that smoothness on my skin before!

Easy Way to Cook Creamy Pasta / Healthy Food

Today I'm gonna share with you how to cook guilt-free creamy pasta! It's really easy and can be prepared in 15 mins! 

You will need:

- 1 & 1/3 cup (330ml) of milk (You can use any milk like almond milk, cow's milk, I'm using low fat cow's milk)

- 1/2 cup whole grain pasta (It should be a healthy meal so you'd want to go for whole grain pasta, any pasta will do, I'm using fusilli)

- Pressed garlic clove

- Ground pepper

- Oregano

- Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

How to cook:

1) Start cooking milk and add pasta.

2) Cook and stir often for 15 mins.

3) Before it's ready add garlic, pepper, oregano and cheese. (You may add mushroom or anything too! I add tomato!)

Tadah!! There you have it!! It's really easy and super yummy. :DD

I've been searching for many different types of recipes for clean and healthy eating so that I can make each of my meal exciting. Who said that healthy eating would be boring? It's just depends on how you make it interesting! I found it's fun and I even make myself a recipe book so that every morning I wake upI can look through my recipe book and choose which one I'm gonna try out!! Awesome huh?? :))

 Brown rice with sweet potato and spinach.

 Oat with cacao scramble egg and a glass of milk. 

 Yoghurt with banana and oranges topped with muesli.

Wrap!! Yup I do eat fishes sometimes to get the essential protein for our body. 

I'm not on diet, I'm eating healthy.

I was honoured to be invited to the latest collection of the supreme lingerie line at a party held at Parkson Gurney Plaza by Wacoal Malaysia. Thanks! So obviously this post isn't suitable for guys but if want to continue reading it's fine too. Haha. Hot models in the pics below!

So what do we know about lingerie?  We started to wear lingerie when we reach our puberty, from wireless to wired, from A cup to B, C, D... Tbh, I guess most of the girls want to looks good, sexy which means having big boobs. Sometimes we wear push up bra to make you breast looks firm and also having the deep cleavage (this is the point!) As far as I know, we shouldn't wear push up bra all the time, instead we should wear those bra that doesn't have 'push-up sponge' beneath it. The reason is if you wear it everyday your breast will like out of shape. So you'd need to wear them only for special occasion.
