How to look good in photos?

So I was like having a mini photoshoot after came back from work. The photographer was my mum and she used my samsung note to take all the pix. Hahaha. All the photos were taken 2 months ago but now I only have the chance to post it.

I remembered I was very excited to wear on those heels and pull out this cool outfit look since I only wear like that when I'm going to work. Hahaha.

Back to the topic, how to look good in photos??? I know right most of us don't look good in any angles and so most of the time we need to find that 'exact angle' to take the best pic of ourselves. So do I. Hahaha.

Basically, I don't look good when I put my face exactly in front of the camera. Because of my chubby face, usually I will slightly shift my face to either leftwards or rightwards (mostly rightwards because my left-side-face looks nicer hahaha) to get a slimmer shape of your face.

Yes you are right! In order to look good in photos, you can't go without photo apps! One of my favourite app is Camera 360 and I bet most of the girls knew about it. Usually I use the magic skin in natural to get the glossy and shiny skin effect. Hahaha. You know what's going on next. EFFECT!! Choose the most suitable effect and post on Instagram! LOL 

All the photos below was only filtered by using Camera 360. Omg I loveeeeeeee this app. It's so easy and convenient!! :D

I'm not encouraging you to use apps to turn yourself to become another person, obviously, just some filter and effect are acceptable. You never want ppl to say like 'she looks totally different in real life compare to her photos!' right? Do some basic skincare routine to keep your skin in good condition, drink more waters and exercise regularly. Girls should know how to love themselves. (:

Organize your accessories and fake lashes

Hey peeps, today I'm gonna share with you all how I organize my accessories and also my fake lashes. I'm not saying I'm a pro but I hope maybe I can give some ideas though some of you knows how to organize better than me! Haha.

As you know some of you who likes to wear fake lashes it's really troublesome to have those boxes all over the place and it's actually used up quite a lot of space.

We don't like messy. Do we?

So one day I came across an idea why don't I just put all of them into a box? Ohh right! I'm such a genius. Hahaha. And so I got a container from Daiso which is only cost me RM5. Not expensive eh??

You can take all the lashes from the box and put them into the container like this! Easy and more convenient right? You can just look through it and see which fake lashes you gonna wear it today. :D

Now it's about the accessories. I don't really have a lot of necklace. But still I organize them like how I organize the fake lashes. You don't want your necklaces to get knotted and have to waste your time to get rid of it whenever you want to wear it.

Another container from Daiso @ RM5 too! But this container only can fit not-so-big necklaces. If your necklace can't fit I'm so sorry! :X

 On the right side I put all the petite necklaces and some rings.

Lastly, not a good sharing but a way that everyone knows it. Hahaha. 

So I bought all these from BKK. And I was wondering how I'm gonna organize them?

Then I bought this 2 shock pink container from Daiso for RM5 each again! Hahah.

I put my hand-stuffs and hair-stuffs separately. 

As you can see I'm a person quite into shock pink. I love pink but preferable shock pink. Hahaha. I've no idea why. Especially when shock pink + black = COOL MAN!!

DIY Galaxy Shoes

Hihi!! Are you excited after seeing the title? Yes! Finally I have time to DIY my galaxy shoes. I want to bring it to my Bangkok trip which is tomorrow so I was like kinda last minute to done it now. So here is the post before I'm flying off to Bangkok for 4 days. *You gonna miss me when I'm gone*. Teehee. 

So I have a pair of shoes which I got it when I was Form 1 for the purpose of marching but it turns out to be so gross after years. I've no idea why but this actually inspired me to DIY my shoes to become galaxy shoes since it was like in a trend....months ago. Hahaha. (I planned to do it months ago but I was having final exam. So yeahh...)

 Look at all the ugly brown spots! Eww.

My mum was about to THROW my shoes and luckily I found out and I was like noooooooooo!!! That's my important material!! Let's begin!

Materials you need:

1. A pair of shoes in white / black
2. Tape
3. Sponges
4. Acrylic pain (I have Black, Purple, Blue and Yellow)
5. Disposable plate / Tupperware cover

 Sponges from Daiso. 

 I only have 4 colours because I was in a budget. Haha. Fyi, I bought it from Popular.

 Remove the shoelace and tape the bottom.

Squeeze the acrylic paint separately on a cover. Then start painting based on your creativity!!

 Remember only use one colour on a sponge. Don't mix it. 

I feel so artistic when my hand was full of paint. :p

If you want to make the shoes more galaxy-ish, you can always add on with white acrylic paint. But since I don't have one, I use a white colour spray instead.

 For my advice, don't spray too much.

And here's the outcome after taking 1 hour...

 Tadaaahh!!! 

I kinda like the outcome though. Never thought that I will like it! Hahaha. because I'm not really good in painting or whatever else connected to art. Can't wait to wear in for my vacation!

DIY basket

Don't be fooled by my topic. What I mean a basket is a modified paper bag. Hahaha.

What you need:

1. A hard paper bag which fits your drawer/bookcase.

2. Scissors 

3. Blade

4. Catalog

5. Ribbon (optional)

 First I have this catalog from Vincci.

So why I want to modified the paper bag is because...

 It doesn't match with my bookcase! So I decided to turn it into a more fashionable one. Teehee.

 Here is the paper bag. Make sure you find a harder one and can fit into your bookcase.

 Then, use the blade to cut all the pages from the catalog.

Remember put a cardboard or a pile of paper underneath, otherwise you will spoil your desk.

 Info pages you can just leave it alone. You don't need it.

Next, if it is possible find a hard cover. I took this out from my 2012 calendar.

 Then just stick on both side of the paper bag. 

Pick any 2 images that you like to put as the cover. (Depend on your paper bag's size)

So I picked this two! Then just stick on it using a glue stick. 

 You can find an unused ribbon for the holder! (optional)

 Poke through the hole which is already on the paper bag. Put the ribbon through on both hole and tie a knot.

And here is the outcome...

 Tadahhh!! Nicer than the original one. Isn't it? ;-)

Actually I want to put these stuffs...

 Sanitary pads. HAHAHAHA

 With the ribbon, you can easily pull out. Is like a drawer. Hee.

That's all for the DIY. I know it might sounds lame for some of you but I really like to do these kind of stuff. I mean like the easy DIY, not really into needlework. I'm sucks on that. 

I like to keep these catalogs that I got from various shops. Sometimes I can use them to decorate my stuff since the images is so attracting.

 Like how I 'decorate' on my board. Hahaha.
