I feel so blessed that I have family and friends who loves me. This year I didn't plan anything about my birthday, time passed too fast I can't even feel any excitement about it. But this year I'd like to try to make myself the birthday cake which is quite challenging for me. I was trying to make a blueberry cheese cake! Luckily it taste not so bad on the 3rd attempt which is also on my exact birthday!
First attempt. The cake was hard like kuih and taste sour!! Omg this is the worst cake I've ever eaten. That's because I use the wrong flour hahaha.

My girls surprised me by showing up in my house!! Holding a tomato with a pretty candle on it and sing along birthday song. I was actually gonna sleep (nobody will ever sleep before 12am if the next day is their birthday! Unless...) because I was too tired. Lol. I still happy to see them lah of course! :D

The next day in the morning I had mi shua as my breakfast. It's a tradition for chinese since my chinese birthday fall on the same day too!
Went to college as usual and after class dismiss, Iryn asked me to accompany her to go to canteen. I didn't expect anything though and so I was really surprised when I saw Ping Ping and Yi Wen there!
Never ever thought that I'll see them in my college. Thanks for coming all the way just to surprise me! Love both of you!! Wen Yuan couldn't make it since she has school. :/ But that's fine we can still hangout sometimes yea? :DD

After class I was planning to have lunch with Iryn, Fish and Cindy as a simple celebration for my birthday. We went to Hakka Tree which is a newly opened restaurant located at the basement in Gurney Plaza. Just right after I came back from restroom I see my classmates were there! Another big surprise!!

I was really really happy and flattered. Thanks for everyone who tried to make my day wonderful. I wasn't expect anything and I thought it's just gonna be another normal day for me but it turns out with full of surprises and fun. My birthday was started with my girls and ended with another surprise by one of my primary school's friend on the doorstep. Happiness overload!!
