Christmas's Eve 2014

Ho ho ho!! The most anticipated festive is over! How was your celebration? :D

As for me, my Christmas countdown was rather simple but I did enjoy it!

On the 24th, we decided to watch a movie and have dinner in One Utama before the countdown session. Night at the Museum was truly awesome! The best among all series! 

 For the outfit of the night, I go with all white (except the shoes lol).

Love my embellished hand clutch from Zalora. Received it on 24th just in time to pair it with my white dress. Heh.

I was hoping to try out the platter from Morganfield but too bad One Utama does not have Morganfield. So we went to Chicago, the one and only in Selangor. They only have two branches in Malaysia though, another one is in Penang.

I ordered the SCRUMPTIOUS SET which I think is super valuable for a 4-course meal!

I think the ribs taste better in Penang's branch.

After that we headed to Scott Garden to chill and countdown! But we were dragged on the way because of the traffic jam, and this was the first time I have to countdown in the car when we were still finding car park. Damn it. 

That's fine. We still get to enjoy after that at AfterWerk. Chit-chatting with liqour on side. And that's how we called it a night! 

Have been looking for a simple yet elegant nude wedges or platforms for a while and I found this! Thanks to Hao for giving me this as Christmas present. :D 

At first it was because the heels I was wearing on that day hurts my feet so much that I couldn't bare with it any more, and Hao suggested to buy me a new shoes so that I can walk more comfortably. Then I found this beautiful wedge sandal and it matches my dress so well! So that is the Christmas present since we haven't buy it for each other yet. Lol. 

Final exam is exactly one week left. 3 papers only for the finals. Hope that I can do well. If you're having exam soon, wish you all the best too! :D

2015

Time passes too fast and I don't think I'm following it.

Less than a month left now till a fresh new year, again.

Last year I did a blogpost about recap of 2013 too.

This time there won't be any photos, just words.

Yea it's boring I know.

Compared to last year,

this year I basically did nothing that is worth to be written down.

Nothing much happened this year,

not to mention any great achievement.

The only thing that is different now is that I'm studying in a different environment.

I used up too much time to make myself comfortable with the new lifestyle.

Everything has been so perfect in Penang.

I guess I'm just making an excuse for myself for being so lazy.

do something that I will impress myself.

I have wasted a year already,

it can never happen again.

Speaking of new year's resolutions,

I'm not even dare to look back on my 2014 resolutions.

I meant it when I wrote it,

but I forgot about it once I published. 

See?? That's the problem.

I never keep it mind what I want to achieve.

Not sure whether I still want to write resolutions for 2015 or not.

We'll see it in next year.

Midnight Trip | Genting Highlands

Ahhh!! Finally I have time to sit down in front of my laptop and start typing!! I miss blogging so much and if you'd notice I only updated twice last month. Super guilty.... :/

So the main reason why I've been MIA is because I was busying with college stuff. Yeaaa... #collegestudent When it comes to the mid of every semester we'll get quite busy with all the mid-term test and assignments. And this sem we are required to organize an event so that took up a lot of time too. You never know how much I missed my me-time like now, haven't been enjoying some alone time just make me feel so uncomfortable. I NEED IT.

Another festive season is coming soon and people are getting so excited now! Me myself love Christmas Day because it's merry!! 

Pavilion KL will always win the best decorated mall. Love it!!

Last Saturday, Hao and I tag along his friends to GH. This is our first time went to GH together and we were so excited. Ok, it was only me. Lol.

Another reason why I like about Christmas is because you can always see pretty lights and Christmas Tree like this!!

There's actually nothing much to do in GH except enjoying the cold air since we only can get the ticket to casino one year later. But tbh I don't like gamble either. Lol. So we decided to play arcade games and watch a movie after that. It was really fun during the gaming session, we laughed really hard and it recalled my memories when I was still a little girl playing around at there with my family. Miss the moment.

 Complimentary nuts! Ohh and the green tea is nice!!

Watched Rise of the Legend. The movie will be much more interesting if it is in faster pace. 2 hours is way too longggggg. Any movie recommendation recently? 

The First Saturday in November

Hi guys! How did you pass your weekend? Was it great? Well, I spent my last Saturday a little differently from the usual. I usually go for movies or hang out with Hao but this time we went for the Final game of Asean Basketball League!!

Didn't take any pics on that day so this is a throwback pic to the last time I went back to Penang.

Luckily Hao still managed to get a tix for me. IT WAS FULL OF PEOPLE. Tickets selling out fast since it's going to be an interesting game!! Super nervous!! 

 Not exactly a good spot as we were late to get inside though.

You know, I was never a fan of basketball (though I've joined basketball as my cocu in primary school). And the main reason that I could think of is because I've known nothing about the rules, how the game is being played or whatsoever, all I could see is just that the basketball was passing around by the players, same goes to football. Now after quite a number of basketball matches that I've watched, I finally catch some of the rules and the beauty of  this game and I think I'm actually starting to feel interested about it! Of course most of the parts is due to Hao's influence. Haha. I'm thinking whether to join basketball as my cocu in my degree. Hmm...

 Congratulations to Hi-Tech on winning this game!! Dragons did well too!

His Birthday Celebration 291014 | The Ship

Hey guys! Finally I have time to blog about Hao's birthday celebration! It is the first time ever I celebrated with someone that I loved and of course I want to make it perfect!! This year our birthday celebration was different because we had each other! :D

Look at that smile. It indicated the success of the mini surprise. (:

On the day before Hao's birthday, I wasn't able to count down with him and he was pretty sad though. However, I don't really feel sorry for it because I knew that I'm gonna make it up for him on the next day! 

On the day itself I first surprised him by showing up myself at his place unannounced, holding this little tiramisu cake that I bought from college and sang birthday song for him. Haha. I know it sounded ridiculous. Believe me, the moment I was singing I thought it was quite ridiculous too. Hahaha. 

He was actually napping and he looked super blur and his face was like 'oh-it's-my-birthday-steam-look'. Lol. After that I just gave him the present that I bought for him one week before his birthday. It was a Deepavali holiday and I went to KLCC just to pick his present. Luckily Zhen accompanied me or else I will be having dilemma on making decision. 

As for the birthday dinner, I already planned to have his home town's friends aka high school friends to celebrate with him, and of course it was untold. It was troublesome for me to look for a nice restaurant in this town as I wasn't exposed to much of them. In the end, I chose The Ship (Bukit Bintang Branch) as the venue cause they have a branch in Penang too! Feel safer to choose something that I am familiar with. Heh. 

OOTN

When we first stepped in into the restaurant, it was rather empty. Then his friends were waving their hands excitingly to grab our attention. At that moment I secretly look at Hao, and all I can saw was the appearing of a big smile on his face, slowly expanding. Awww~~ I can tell that he is surprised!! Most importantly he is so happy!! He never see any of this coming, he just thought it was just a simple birthday dinner of two. 

Quickly we settled it down and ordered our meal. And the guys started to chit-chatting non-stop. I don't mind sitting beside him listening to his conversation with his friends as long as he is happy. (: 

Chicken Au Chambertin. Wasn't really impressed by this but Hao's one was delicious! He had Grilled Premium Lamb Chop. We treated each other on our own's birthday as an act of appreciation. :D 

Thanks to one of the Hao's friend for buying this Chocolate Almond cake!! I need someone to do this for me as I was spending the whole day with Hao, couldn't have had any chance to run off and buy this gigantic cake. Lol.

Make wishes!! Hope all of them will come true. (:

You can tell from the pictures. Hao was very happy and I really glad that he enjoyed his big day!! Of course he feel thankful and really appreciate about it. So it was a success!! Yayy. 

On the second round (obviously there will always be a second round duhh), we wanted to have a drink and so we headed to Remedy at Scott Garden. Spent a few hours there chilling, playing card games and laughed like nothing matters. Aww... I must say it was really fun to have this bunch of people keep making lame jokes and everything we did was just laugh laugh laugh!

Present for him. Luckily he liked it. :D

Another present that I poured all my heart in making this - a photobook. It contained 42 pages included the cover pages on both side. I spent 2 days on making this and it was a really tiring project. Lol. All the pictures selection and allocation, words editing... It really tired me up. Despite of the great consumption of my mind and time, it was all worth it when the photobook arrived at my doorstep. I'm so in love with the outcome. :D

Birthday Present 101014

Ahhh finally I have spare time to blog about this!! The past weekend was working the whole day. I need more money! Hahaha.

I don't really receive gift on my birthday, mostly just celebrate it over meals. However I got a big gift from my bf this year! It is the Samsung NX mini!! <3 <3 

It has a 360 degree flip screen!

OMG I WAS SO THRILLED. I've been wanting a camera for a long time, not only to use it for selfie but also for my job's sake as a blogger. Really needed this for me to take nice pictures during events so I can post them on my blog!!

Pre & Post Birthday Celebrations 2014

Sorry guys! I cheated on my next post about what I said on the previous post but I just had to blog about this first. Haha. I think it make sense in this way. Heh.

I had two pre birthday celebration with my friends, more like a birthday dinner or lunch I'd say though. Although it may be just a simple one, I still appreciate it much. (:

I think you are familiar with this red apron if you are Uncle Jang's fan! I haven't had this for months and I definitely craved for it. There was an outlet nearby our place and we decided to have dinner over there. Thanks for the free meal! 

2 normal + 1 spicy. Perhaps next time we can try all spicy one? :P

We finished it within 30 mins. Yum yum. Remember to drink more water after you had this as I'm always likely to get sore throat on the next day after having this heavy korean food. 

Next stop it would be Three Little Birds. Just a little chit-chat session and to relax our mind.

Another birthday lunch happened on the day right before my actual birthday. My best classmate, Zhen Zhen and I had lunch at a café nearby before heading to coll.

The next day after my birthday I had my last birthday celebration with my bf and his bunch of friends. After they finished their final basketball game (congratulations on the winning though :D), they decided to enjoy the cold air at Starbucks Gohtong Jaya.

We only left until the worker told us they are going to close. When I was on my way to the car, a birthday cake with lighting candle on it appeared from nowhere! I wasn't really surprised (which my bf was kinda disappointed when he saw my face was so stiff lollll) maybe because I was tired already, OR MAYBE BECAUSE I HEARD HIS CONVERSATION WITH HIS FRIEND ABOUT THE CAKE, he is so stupid to talk this beside me because he thought my listening skill of Cantonese ain't that good. Hahaha.

 I still feel very happy and touched!! And, it's the 3rd cheesecake already! Lmao!
