First Anniversary Celebration | The Steakhouse KL

I have been anticipating (kind of desperate) to receive a bouquet of flower cause in all my life time cause I have never received roses before! I wonder how it feels when someone gift you a bouquet of roses. For sure it will feels darn good, and I did, feeling darn good when Hao surprised me with 11 roses! Awww~ I was so so happy since he already knew I've been wanting to receive it but I told him not to cause it's kind of waste of money. It's not like you can keep it or what but he did it anyway! Though I said it don't waste the money but deep down my heart still wants it. Lolll. He does read my mind. Hahaha. 

11 roses; 一心一意

It's our first anniversary so I must make sure that our stomach get good treats! I went online and searched for nice steak restaurant and I came across this, The Steakhouse which is located at Changkat, KL. I've read a lot of good reviews about it so we decided to give it a try!

Both of us ordered steak (obviously lol) and the portion is quite big! We can't finish it cause we were too full! But the steak is really niceeeee especially the rib eye. Nomssss.

 Complimentary bread.

 Complimentary potato leek soup.

 Different types of salt and mustard for your steak.

 I ordered tenderloin (200Gm; RM98) in medium and with the type of sauce and potato you prefer. I asked the staff to recommend me the sauce that goes well with tenderloin and he said black pepper. It was good! The vege is good too! I didn't finish my baked potato because the portion, is, big.

 Hao ordered rib eye (300Gm; RM98) in medium with mushroom sauce and it taste sooooo good omg. I actually prefer his one more than mine because it has the fat layers in it. Taste so much better. Hahaha. The mashed potato is good too! Yums!

 Lastly a complimentary cheese cake. Even the cheese cake and ice cream taste good too wtf. I thought a steakhouse wouldn't give so much attention on desserts but they proved me wrong!

One year passed so fast that I never realized we had been together for a year already. It is definitely not considered long but I hope there are more celebrations to come. ILY. <3

Anniversary gift from bae. I loveeeeeee this bangle watch so much!! I had a watch in high school which is a sports watch but since then it is spoilt I never buy one again. So a watch was like in my wishlist for a long time already.

Christmas's Eve 2014

Ho ho ho!! The most anticipated festive is over! How was your celebration? :D

As for me, my Christmas countdown was rather simple but I did enjoy it!

On the 24th, we decided to watch a movie and have dinner in One Utama before the countdown session. Night at the Museum was truly awesome! The best among all series! 

 For the outfit of the night, I go with all white (except the shoes lol).

Love my embellished hand clutch from Zalora. Received it on 24th just in time to pair it with my white dress. Heh.

I was hoping to try out the platter from Morganfield but too bad One Utama does not have Morganfield. So we went to Chicago, the one and only in Selangor. They only have two branches in Malaysia though, another one is in Penang.

I ordered the SCRUMPTIOUS SET which I think is super valuable for a 4-course meal!

I think the ribs taste better in Penang's branch.

After that we headed to Scott Garden to chill and countdown! But we were dragged on the way because of the traffic jam, and this was the first time I have to countdown in the car when we were still finding car park. Damn it. 

That's fine. We still get to enjoy after that at AfterWerk. Chit-chatting with liqour on side. And that's how we called it a night! 

Have been looking for a simple yet elegant nude wedges or platforms for a while and I found this! Thanks to Hao for giving me this as Christmas present. :D 

At first it was because the heels I was wearing on that day hurts my feet so much that I couldn't bare with it any more, and Hao suggested to buy me a new shoes so that I can walk more comfortably. Then I found this beautiful wedge sandal and it matches my dress so well! So that is the Christmas present since we haven't buy it for each other yet. Lol. 

Final exam is exactly one week left. 3 papers only for the finals. Hope that I can do well. If you're having exam soon, wish you all the best too! :D

Midnight Trip | Genting Highlands

Ahhh!! Finally I have time to sit down in front of my laptop and start typing!! I miss blogging so much and if you'd notice I only updated twice last month. Super guilty.... :/

So the main reason why I've been MIA is because I was busying with college stuff. Yeaaa... #collegestudent When it comes to the mid of every semester we'll get quite busy with all the mid-term test and assignments. And this sem we are required to organize an event so that took up a lot of time too. You never know how much I missed my me-time like now, haven't been enjoying some alone time just make me feel so uncomfortable. I NEED IT.

Another festive season is coming soon and people are getting so excited now! Me myself love Christmas Day because it's merry!! 

Pavilion KL will always win the best decorated mall. Love it!!

Last Saturday, Hao and I tag along his friends to GH. This is our first time went to GH together and we were so excited. Ok, it was only me. Lol.

Another reason why I like about Christmas is because you can always see pretty lights and Christmas Tree like this!!

There's actually nothing much to do in GH except enjoying the cold air since we only can get the ticket to casino one year later. But tbh I don't like gamble either. Lol. So we decided to play arcade games and watch a movie after that. It was really fun during the gaming session, we laughed really hard and it recalled my memories when I was still a little girl playing around at there with my family. Miss the moment.

 Complimentary nuts! Ohh and the green tea is nice!!

Watched Rise of the Legend. The movie will be much more interesting if it is in faster pace. 2 hours is way too longggggg. Any movie recommendation recently? 

College Graduation Trip | PG > MLK > KL

Ohh my diploma life... It has ended a while ago. So I supposed you'd know that this is a super duper throwback post to April where I had a graduation trip with my college besties. Haha. There are four of us and we did have a great trip! Enjoyed every moment and explore places that we'd never been before. Tbh I have a bad memory, so I'd already forgotten some of the parts. LOL. Pictures will do the talking I guess! :D

It was a 5D4N trip and we wanted to visit home town of each of us. Starting from Penang > Kepala Batas > Nibong Tebal > Ipoh > Melaka > Kuala Lumpur > Penang.

1ST STOP: KEPALA BATAS

We departed to Chien's home town in the morning and we spent our day there, visited the farm under the hot sun!!

2ND STOP: NIBONG TEBAL

Before the sun goes down, we headed to 2nd station which is Cindy's home town. This time we were going to have a boat trip! Thanks to Cindy's friend brought us out on the boat to visit the place where the fishes grow. Sorry I don't know what it is called. Haha. 

You can definitely train your balancing over here. Either balance yourself or fall into the sea!

First time seeing sunset in the middle of the sea!

We sailed to Penang 2nd Bridge aka Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge after the sun goes down! And we were right underneath of the bridge!

3RD STOP: IPOH

It's kind of like a tradition for us to have dim sum at Ipoh to kick start our trip. We like the dim sum here at Foh San Restaurant. We just had breakfast here then we went to the next station already!

4TH STOP: MELAKA 

The real trip has just begun. My first time exploring the food in Melaka! Right after we reached Melaka we straight went to the first place in our checklist, the coconut shake!! 

There was a queue but the waiting time wasn't long. However, the coconut shake was just like another refreshing drink to me.

You must be thinking how can we not go to the famous Capitol Satay Celup! Yes we did!! We went there for dinner! 

If you want to skip the long queue, just make sure you are there already before the shop opens!

Had this 鸡蛋冰 while queuing. Just a normal ice-cream.

Quite a number of choices I can say.

Visit Jonket street right after dinner is a must for tourists!

 I super loveeeeeeeeee these durian puffs. One puff one bite, the durian cream just burst in your mouth!! Saliva dropping already...

 Got a temporary ink too! 

Another must-try food in the checklist!! We visited this Chung Wah restaurant the next day! Luckily we were there early before the long queue starts!

Never thought that these chicken rice balls will be so nice!!! 

 This ais kacang flavoured with gula melaka is the best ais kacang I've ever had!! They made me go cray I'd to order a 2nd bowl to satisfy my taste buds!!

The other time we were just wandering around the city, taking pictures, doing all the typical tourist thingy. Lol.

Yes, I love Domo-Kun and tell me where can I get a pink Domo-Kun!

5TH STOP: KUALA LUMPUR

Basically I've forgotten what we had done on the forth and fifth day. I think we were just walking around the city and eat all the time!

Went to KLCC Park for a walk.

Famous bakery in town. Tous les Jours it is!! Love this place a lot not only because I'm a bread lover and their decorations, but also because the seeds of love of my bf and I kinda started to grow at here. Heh.

Did I just scare you with my face? Haha. #sorrynotsorry

Another tradition, instant cup noodles as supper!! Isn't it the best thing to do during a trip?? :D

 Lunch at Fong Lye Restaurant @ The Gardens on the last day!!

We drove here but we took a flight back to Penang. Haha. It was our first flight together!

 I've no idea why but if you asked me what to have in the airport, I'll definitely choose fast food every time. Haha. I don't eat fast food but I only have them when I'm in the airport waiting to depart. Lol.

 Typical Asians. Hahaha.

Our study life for Diploma course had come to an end. With this graduation trip, we had a wonderful moments and created a beautiful memories. (:
