Easy Making Strawberry Yoghurt w/ Honey Dessert

Hi Guys!! If you have read about my previous post which is the weekend getaway in Cameron Highland, you probably will know that I'm obsessed with the strawberry yoghurt over there. So as I said I'm going to make it myself and I'm ready to share this very simple recipe with you all!

STEPS

1. Prepare the ingredients: Plain yoghurt, Honey, Strawberries and of course you need a bowl. 

2. I recommend to choose a sweet type of strawberries. These strawberries are bought from Cameron             Highland.

3. Cut the head off of the strawberries.

4. Cut each strawberry into quarters.

5. Pour the yoghurt into the bowl. 

6. Add some honey into the yoghurt to make it sweeter.

7. Stir it thoroughly.

8. It should looks smooth now. You don't want to add honey to make the taste of yoghurt even by stirring it       after you add in the strawberries because it will look gross. 

9. Put the strawberries carefully and nicely on top, drizzle with some honey and it's ready to be eaten!! 

Isn't it really quick and simple?? And the most important is that it tastes really nice!! If you don't like it too sweet just add a little honey will do. As for the choice of yoghurt, I chose Marigold Plain Yoghurt because I think it has the best taste among all the other brands that I have tried and it goes really well with the strawberries. 

Weekend Getaway | Cameron Highland

It was my first time here in Cameron Highland. I was really excited to enjoy my little getaway this time in the chilly air for 4D3N. I know I've been having getaway too often recently but I think it's a good thing! Travel more and you'll see more different things and at the same time, you may learn something new too! Basically we don't really have any plannings during the getaway other than eating and sleeping. Lol. But we did visit some places and I'll talk about it accordingly. 

BEE FARM 

I've totally no interest on bees obviously but I do like their production, honey!! When I was visiting the bee farm, I was like so scared of the bees to sting me. Haha. Never ever let insects approach me, I'll run!!! 

BIG RED STRAWBERRY FARM

A place you must go whenever you visit Cameron Highland. As when people say about Cameron Highland, it will always link to strawberry or corn etc. They have plenty of strawberry farms and the one we visited was Big Red. We went there for two consecutive days just to have their desserts that is all made by strawberries!! Strawberry lover shouldn't miss this!!

After the photo session, it's time for FOOD!!! I only took picture on the first day but it's also the same on what we ordered on the second day. However, I did try a new dessert which is their Strawberry Yoghurt with Honey and it tastes like heaven gosh!! I wanted to eat that again and I'm going to make them myself since I bought all the ingredients already. Haha.  

Saw that fondue?? Super yumm!!!

CAMERON VALLEY TEA FARM
On the last day before going back to KL, we managed to visit tea farm to take beautiful pictures of the scenery and also with the scenery. Haha. Tea farm is also one of the main tourist spot in Cameron Highland.

It was a sunny day and so we need ice-cream!

It was a great getaway especially you get to spend your whole day and night in that cool atmosphere. It was so cold until they don't even have a fan in their apartment! How awesome is it that you can save up to a big amount on utilities. Haha. 

My first semester has came to the end this week. Next week I'll be facing my exam but I got only 4 subjects which is pretty stress-free I guess since the dates of examination are separated for almost a week before we have the next paper. I shall talk to you guys next time. Stay tuned! Xoxo.

JS Fashion Square Fashion Review | Prangin Mall

Yesterday I was honoured to be invited to do a fashion review for JS Fashion Square and today I'm gonna blog about it already! So efficient right??! Cause now I'm still in Penang and I've got plenty of time, going back to KL again tomorrow. Gonna miss here so much. 

JS Fashion Square have plenty outlets in Malaysia. I went to Prangin Mall's outlet which is located at the 4th floor. They have one in Queensbay too. For a full list of outlets please click here. 

WHAT DOES JS FASHION SQUARE OFFER?

'JS Fashion Square is the most biggest multi-label fashion brand concept store.It offers different Ready-to-wear designer labels, in which every brand is characterized with young & fresh,style ,chic glamour and fashion-forward.' - JS 

As you see in the pic above, they have a very spacious outlet. Forgotten to take a photo from the outside though. The shops are named as Jefferson or JS Fashion Square. Today I'll be covering about ladies wear only.

For the fashion review, we are supposed to choose the clothes and try out some looks. So go go go, clothes hunting now! 

Mmm....I think I should try this cute peplum.

(I tried it but my big body couldn't fit into that petite peplum. TT)

I can say that they have a smaller and slimmer cutting compared to other brands. Example like their L size is similar to UK 8. Other than clothing, they also sell accessories and shoes too. They carry a wide range of clothes from formal shirt, slacks, dinner jackets and coats to lifestyle casual wear such as bermudas, polo-T, jeans, T-shirts and even refined bags, belts, head gears, and various other accessories. 

After the tried and tested process, I finally picked out 3 outfits and all the looks were independent styled by me! I styled it according to how I'd wear it. Fyi, I'm not really a girlish girl. Haha.


FIRST LOOK - SPORTY
For the first look, I chose a short dark blue braces skirt (adjustable braces) paired it with a polka dots crop top underneath. A white cap to finish off a sporty look. All items are from JS except shoes.

SECOND LOOK - CASUAL

As for the second look, I'm doing a casual wear like a back to school outfit. Instead of a common T shirt, I chose this a broad lines pattern upper with a cute bow on it. As for the bottom I want to make it simple so I chose a white shorts. You can paired it with a baseball jacket too like I styled it in the pic below. All items are from JS except shoes. 

THIRD LOOK - FORMAL

Don't forget JS Fashion Square offers formal look too! As a college student we need formal look too because we have tons of presentations. Haha. You know you can make your outfit looks formal whenever you added a coat. For this formal look, I just pick a neutral colour dress and to bring out the formal look, I wear it with a light peach coat. All items are from JS except shoes. 

Without the coat, it is just a peplum dress.

2D1N Getaway | Port Dickson

To those of you who are following me on Instagram, you prolly will know that I went for a short getaway to Port Dickson few days back. I'd say it was quite a spontaneous plan, and we love being spontaneous, that's how we define our gang. Haha. 

The pic above wasn't taken from our resort, didn't really have time to go to seaside though. We booked a deluxe suite that's exactly can fit the 8 of us with 2 king size beds in Grand Lexis Port Dickson. It's a garden living suite and I really like the design! Feel so comfortable with the open concept design and the accompany of warm yellow lights. What's make it more cool is that we even have a private pool in it!

The mirror above the basin is also a window where you can see the pool.

 We spent most of our time over here, the first night and the following day. Chit-chatting, playing game, bathing in the pool with liquor in our hands and munching snack all night long. It was a really great and fun night!

There are a lot of pics we took that night but you know, all the crazy pics. Haha. I already tried hard to post as much as I can. Lol. I've been busy recently going up and down within Malaysia, if you get what I mean. Came back to Penang this morning by bus, it was a tiring journey indeed. Taxi > LRT > Bus. Went out at 9am and reached at around 4pm. Going back to KL again after few days, really need these few days off to stay in my home town, my familiar room to relax before facing my exam few weeks later. It's really great I can have some me-time to stay in my room and blog. I'll talk to you guys soon. Xoxo.
